College of Nursing organizes awareness caravan

The Faculty of Nursing participated in the comprehensive medical convoy to Al-Awawna village, under the supervision of Beni Suef University, as part of the university's active role in community engagement. This initiative was under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University; Professor Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Professor Dr. Hanan El-Zablawy Hassan, Dean of the Faculty; and Dr. Sherine El-Sayed Sherif, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. A distinguished group of faculty members from the Faculty participated in the convoy's activities, including Dr. Fatima Fouad, Dr. Hagar Kamal, Dr. Fatima Sayed, Dr. Safaa Sayed, and Dr. Samia Mahmoud
The medical team focused its efforts on providing comprehensive health education services to the villagers, in addition to conducting basic medical examinations that included measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels
The medical caravan also included intensive awareness sessions during which valuable medical guidance and advice were provided on basic healthcare, prevention of chronic diseases, the importance of regular health checkups, and how to adopt a healthy lifestyle in daily life
This participation embodies the mission of the Faculty of Nursing at Beni Suef University to promote community health awareness, support the healthcare sector, and instill values ??of belonging and social responsibility, thus contributing to building a healthy and informed society
